Our Work

Pioneer specializes in underground piping, specifically water, sewer, and storm drain. Working with local Municipalities, Developers, General Contractors, and Grading Contractors, we have earned a solid reputation for high-quality, on-time work.

Among our municipal work are Aerial Creek Crossing Repairs for the City of Gastonia (Two-Rivers Utilities), 12” Water Line to East Gaston High School, and the Sandy Ford Sewer Extension for the City of Mt Holly.

We have worked with Developers and Grading Contractors on portions of the Villages of Denver Subdivision, portions of the Bryton Subdivision in Huntersville, Crocker’s Ridge in Kings Mountain, and many apartment complexes around Gastonia and Charlotte.

Working with many General Contractors we have assisted with new construction and expansion projects including South Park Mall in Charlotte, Continental Tire in Morganton, US Cotton in Belmont, Rochling Plant in Gastonia, and many others.

Often, we assist with repairs to existing infrastructure such as water line breaks, fire hydrant failures, sewer backups, pump station issues and sinkholes.

We also work with HOAs and homeowners on many of their varied needs.
